Kogalla products are covered by a one year warranty with the exception of those containing battery cells (battery products have a 180 day warranty). Kogalla warrants that products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use.
Contact Team@Kogalla.com to obtain warranty service. If your product qualifies you will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package. Send the product by your choice of carrier, with shipping costs paid by you, to Kogalla, PO Box 1054, Kaysville, UT 84037.
We will process your return and repair or replace your product at our discretion. If we repair it we will use new or refurbished replacement parts. If we replace it we will choose either a new product or one that has been refurbished using new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
We will send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense for product being shipped to locations in North America. For locations outside of North America, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses.
